Vonnie learnt her craft at the agency world’s direct marketing school of excellence, WWAV Rapp Collins. Here she cut her teeth on demanding financial services and charity accounts.
Then, after an invaluable stint on the client side, at Yves Rocher, where she worked across Western Europe and the Americas, Vonnie was lured back to the agency world by a certain Mr Jeremy Shaw where she became the agency’s youngest Group Account Director responsible for 3 of the agency’s 6 largest accounts. Time didn’t stand still for Vonnie - she was poached again, this time by Bates/141, and asked to take entire responsibility for the agency’s largest integrated account, Halifax.
Enough was enough and Vonnie decided it was time to take a year out to travel AsiaPacific. She returned to found Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw (now Kitcatt Nohr Digitas) in 2001 with the other three partners and never looked back.
