Phito by Phil Keevill

I took these photographs on very fast (3200ASA) black and white film in Arles this year while visiting Arles Rencontres. It can still be very difficult to imitate accurately the feel of good old fashioned film.

Incidentally, it's worth making the effort to visit the Rencontres if you're seriously interested in photography. I've been three years in a row now.

See www.rencontres-arles.com for more information.

And let me know if you're interested in coming next year.
