What is creative intelligence?
There are two kinds of agency. There are those famous for their thorough planning and deductive reasoning. These agencies won’t get you fired, but they’ll seldom fire your imagination. Then there are the creative hot-shops. Their ideas are occasionally brilliant, but frequently irrelevant.
Luckily, there is a third kind of agency. One that knows creative intelligence and intelligent creative are two sides of the same coin. Where insight and inspiration meet as equals.
In this kind of agency, there is no tiresome battle between disciplines. The culture is as open as the office layout. People have the strength of their convictions and will present them with passion. Yet they also have the strength of character to take on criticism.
