Nationwide Building Society has appointed Kitcatt Nohr Digitas to its direct marketing business.
Kitcatt Nohr Digitas has been appointed by Nationwide to create a direct marketing programme to support its full range of products and services. The agency has been briefed to help Nationwide better understand their customers and improve their segmentation and targeting.
Kitcatt Nohr Digitas will work closely with lead agency 18 Feet and Rising to translate the Nationwide brand and tone of voice into direct marketing activity. Campaign activity will include direct mail, eCRM, SMS, inserts, direct response press and scripts for branch and call-centre staff, targeting the Nationwide customer base of 14m members.
