Kitcatt Nohr Digitas is to host "A Number of Small Things" by Fancy and Fondant: hand printed illustrations by Chloe Langlois and David Newton.
Fancy and Fondant produce wonderfully whimsical limited edition prints. They specialise in traditional printmaking techniques including: screen printing, etching, lino cuts and stone lithography. All their original illustrations are hand drawn, cut and printed - with no digital input.
Both Chloe and David graduated in 2003; Chloe from Chelsea College of Art and Design with a BA in Fine Art - Painting; David from the University of Hertfordshire with a BA in Lens and Digital Art. During the past 3 years they've become increasingly immersed in the printmaking process through a mutual love of the raw printmaking process - Printing at SNAP studio: Bristol, Print Club: Dalston, London Print Studio and Leicester Print Workshop.
Kitcatt Nohr Digitas will be hosting "A Number of Small Things", a selection of Fancy and Fondant's hand printed illustrations from Tuesday 12th April.
Join Chloe and David for a demonstration at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, 48-50 St John Street, on the evening of Wednesday 13th April - pick up some lino - go away and work on your own design - and print your own lino cut on the following Wednesday evening of 20th April.
If you'd like to attend, please RSVP to .
