Kitcatt Nohr Digitas has appointed EHS 4D Group’s Tracey Barber as its first Marketing Director. Barber is part of the new management line-up for Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, which was formed following the merger of integrated agency Kitcatt Nohr and digital agency Digitas London in March this year.
Barber has been tasked with overall responsibility for new business and marketing for the newly-formed agency. She will work with Head of Marketing, Julia Conroy, who has day-to-day responsibility for new business, marketing and PR.
Tracey Barber joins Kitcatt Nohr Digitas from EHS 4D Group, where she was Group Marketing Director for two years. At EHS 4D Group, Barber was responsible for new business and marketing across the whole of the EHS UK agency network.
Prior to this role, Barber spent 5 years as Business Development Director for EHS Brann, where she led business development through existing client growth and new business. She also spent 7 months as Managing Partner for the agency, driving and owning client development for a number of major accounts.
Barber began her career as an Account Supervisor at Lowe Howard-Spink, working on blue chip above-the-line campaigns for Tesco, Lloyds Bank, BOC Group, Ernst & Young, the Mail on Sunday and Weetabix. She has since held client services positions at Target Advertising, Cogent and Brann, as well as working client side as a Senior Marketing Manager at Lloyds TSB and as a New Business Consultant for the Haystack Group.
Kitcatt Nohr Digitas has also appointed Andrew Purdy as Head of Project Management. He joins from CHI & Partners, where he was Head of Digital Production. Previously, he was Production Director at Tonic and a Project Director at Agency.com.
Tracey Barber, new Marketing Director at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, commenting on her appointment, said; “Why move? Having achieved an agency of the year title and reinvigorated new business, I was looking for a new challenge - but a challenge which combined real creative intelligence with technological innovation. Kitcatt Nohr Digitas offers a unique opportunity to join an agency which is going to define a new standard of proposition.”
Marc Nohr, Chief Executive Officer at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, commenting on these appointments said; “We have always set great store by hiring the best talent in the industry. It's an honour to be able to announce this management line up today and to have people of the calibre of Tracey and Andrew join us. World class talent befitting a world class agency.”
