Flic Theobald, an Account Manager at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, has been named as one of the members of the new IPA Shadow Forum.
The Shadow Forum has been created to provide the IPA’s Council with an alternative perspective on key topical issues. Thirty individuals aged thirty or under have been confirmed, following requests for Council members to nominate a ‘rising star’ from their agencies.
The formation of the group feeds into Nicola Mendelsohn’s presidential agenda for adland to develop better skills, talent and connections. It will meet four times a year in between each main Council meeting; the first of which will take place in November.
Flic joined Kitcatt Nohr Digitas in 2010 and currently works on the agency’s Visit Wales and John Lewis accounts.
