We’re choosy about the people we take on. You have to be creative, and intelligent. You need the strength of mind to argue your opinions. And the strength of character to listen to the opinions of others.
But once you join, we help you grow. We pay more attention to training and education than any other agency in our sector, which has earned us an IPA Gold Award for continuous professional development. And everyone receives an annual Cash for Culture allowance to spend on their personal cultural enrichment.
Above all, we aim to act with integrity and respect for each other, and our own consciences. This principled approach has attracted a community of clients who share similar values.
We also arrange regular exhibitions of work by photographers and artists, to bring the wider creative world into our workspace. And we run the annual Kitcatt Nohr Digitas Photocomp, where staff, clients, suppliers and friends can show off their individual creativity. It attracts more and more entries each year, and has become a much looked-forward-to event on the advertising social scene.
If you’d like to find out more about working for us, drop us a line.
We have regular internships in Planning, Finance, Creative Services and front of house. These are for six months duration and provide an excellent opportunity to gain working experience and learn about the agency environment. These roles are ideal for students looking for placements as part of their degree course, but also suitable for graduates looking for work experience who are able to commit to six months. Very modest remuneration is provided. If you would like to be considered please indicating your availability and area of interest.
What our interns say:
I could not have chosen a better agency to work with, this is my first time working in the UK and I am so lucky that Kitcatt Nohr Digitas employed me. It’s a company that truly values honesty, fun and innovative thinking. Everyone is so friendly and helpful all the time.
Esione – Finance intern
I'm very grateful that I had the chance to be in Planning, I found the work really interesting up in the ‘hidden corner’ of the agency. Every day something new came up and I could have an insight into thousands of different things – I saved with Britannia, turned into a real petrol head with Toyota and Lexus, caught the digital bug with Waitrose, and even got engaged into the third sector with NSPCC and VSO. Planning is the place where you can juggle with a bit of data, use your creativity as well as picking up a bit of strategic thinking. You really get the panoramic view of advertising here.
Noemi – Planning intern
My internship at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas was perfect. The company has a very nice culture and I felt comfortable right from the beginning. The employees at the company are friendly, helpful and fun. I learned a lot during my internship and I increased my confidence at professional level. During my placement I got a lot of appreciation for the work that I did and the made me feel as if I was part of the company.
Mitra – Creative Services intern
My work as an intern at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas is diversified and very interesting. I am working on own projects in my department with lovely colleagues but I also gain insight into the work of the whole agency. From the client request to the final advertisement I have the opportunity to follow the complete process of creation and see how an advertisement agency works. Due to the size of the agency being manageable everybody knows each other and the working atmosphere is very familiar and enjoyable.
Susann – Planning intern
Kitcatt Nohr Digitas is a one-of- a-kind agency. The company involves all its employees and interns in the process of providing the most interesting and creative ideas.
For an International Business student from the Netherlands like me, it gave me a real taste of the advertising and marketing industry of the UK. The employers and clients are so lovely. They really made me feel welcome.
