Creative intelligence has been our mantra since Kitcatt Nohr was founded. This year colleagues have taken the first part of that phrase literally and begun breeding at a rollicking rate. Our fertility has never been so high.
Early off the blocks were the blokes, who between them have celebrated the births of two babies this year with one due any moment. Not far behind are the women of whom we now have four whose incubation is far from invisible.
Agencies have long been hotbeds of young, passionate, but typically unmarried and childless folk, to the point where clients have been known to lament their lack of understanding of “real people”. We’ve always had more than the usual share of parents, and our age range stretches from an old geezers touching sixty (me) to ingénue interns with the toner barely fused onto their degrees. I love it. It gives us a great breadth and depth of experience which I have never known before and gives us - and our clients - a wonderful resource of truly creative, creating, intelligent and very real people to draw from.
