It's not a trick question. I'm talking about a new map that the Office of National Statistics has produced to show how the make-up of the population of the UK as a whole will change over the next 22 years.

As you can see, it makes for rather sober reading. We're going to be an awful lot older, and a lot of us are going to have to change quite a lot about the way we live if we want our later life to be more enjoyable as well as longer.

Thankfully, Age UK are already on the case. But as ever, we're all in this together.
