Vonnie trained as a marketer at Europe’s largest direct marketing agency WWAV, before moving client side to Yves Rocher as Marketing Manager. Here she delivered profit in year 1 and a 20% increase year on year and was charged with developing business strategy within Western Europe and the Americas. After 18 months she was lured back to Carlson to become the youngest group account director responsible for three of the agency’s 6 largest accounts. Time didn’t stand still for Vonnie - she was poached again, this time by Bates/141, and asked to take entire responsibility for the agency’s largest account, Halifax.
Enough was enough and Vonnie decided it was time to take a year out to travel AsiaPacific. She returned to found Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw with the other three partners and has never looked back. She is doing what she does best - working on clients she loves, nurturing client service teams and keeping her partners in check.
